1. How much does a flat cost?
Unfortunately, there is no general answer to this question for boarding flats. You are welcome to send us a booking request. You will then receive an individual offer at short notice.
2. When and how do I pay for the boarding flat?
You will receive monthly invoices. The price for the month in which you move in is due before you move in. Then on the 3rd working day of each month. The bills are to be paid by bank transfer.
3. Do I have to decide in advance how long I want to book the apartment?
No. The current booking can still be shortened or extended. This is possible in any case 6 weeks in advance. Beyond that, the extension must be requested. In case of a shortening, the cancellation conditions apply. These can be found in the general terms and conditions.
4. Is a deposit to be paid in advance?
The deposit is usually 300,- €. In individual cases, especially with corporate customers, a deposit can be waived.
5.Can I receive orders and mail?
Yes, each flat has its own bell and we have a letterbox on site.
6. Can I register my residence there?
No, unfortunately this is not possible.
7. Is there a laundry service?
On the day of your arrival you will find fresh bed linen and towels, according to the number of persons booked, in the flat. These will be changed during the two-week intermediate cleaning.
8. Will I be provided with cleaning utensils?
Unfortunately we cannot provide cleaning utensils.
9. How does the booking of washing machine and dryer work?
Washing machine and dryer can be booked and paid for via WeWash.
10. How do check-in and check-out take place?
Preferably we hand over the key to you personally and look at the flat with you. If this is not possible or you would like to arrive flexibly, we can also leave the key in the key box. The same options are available for the check-out.
11. Can I also work from the flat?
There is a desk in every flat. We also have reliable and fast WLAN throughout the house.
12. May I smoke in the flats?
No. Smoking is only allowed in front of the house. There is an ashtray by the entrance.
13. May I bring my pet with me?
No, unfortunately we cannot accept pets as more and more guests suffer from allergies to animal hair.
